By accessing or using Certaze ("the Service") at certaze.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Certaze Technologies, a proprietary concern of Shyama Ramesh Varma, registered in Kerala, India (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-KL-10-0095921) ("we", "us", "Certaze").
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Certaze, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Certaze is an AI-powered certification exam preparation platform. The Service provides:
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended.
New users receive a 7-day free trial starting from the date of account creation. During the trial:
After the trial ends, access to AI-powered features requires an active paid subscription. Your study data and progress are retained regardless of subscription status.
Paid subscriptions unlock unlimited questions and all Pro features. Current plans:

A 5% discount applies on renewal of any plan. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect active subscriptions until their next renewal date.
Renewal: Subscriptions do not renew automatically. When your plan expires, you will be notified by email and must manually purchase a new plan to continue access. We will send a reminder at least 3 days before your plan expires.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service at razorpay.com/terms.
All purchases are final. We do not offer automatic or unconditional refunds.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the Service after purchase, please contact admin@certaze.in within 7 days of your purchase date with your order details and a description of the issue. We will review each request individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a pro-rata credit, subscription extension, or refund.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or applicable state law.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without notice or refund.
All content, design, code, branding, and AI-generated outputs delivered through the Service are the property of Certaze Technologies or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal exam preparation. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Service content.
The PMP, PMBOK, PMI, and related marks are property of the Project Management Institute. Scrum.org, PSM, and related marks are property of Scrum.org. AWS and Amazon are marks of Amazon.com, Inc. Azure and Microsoft are marks of Microsoft Corporation. CFA is a registered trademark of CFA Institute. CISSP is a registered trademark of (ISC)². Certaze is not affiliated with or endorsed by these organisations.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not warrant that:
Certification exam formats, content outlines, and passing thresholds are controlled by the respective certification bodies and may change without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Certaze Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to exam failure, lost business opportunities, or data loss — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Certaze Technologies shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of the Service resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to restore the Service as quickly as practicable and will communicate status updates at certaze.in or via email. Subscription periods affected by prolonged outages (exceeding 72 continuous hours attributable to our systems) may be extended at our discretion.
You may close your account at any time by contacting admin@certaze.in. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable on voluntary closure.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the email address associated with your account at least 14 days in advance. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at admin@certaze.in. We will respond within 10 business days.
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the details of our Grievance Officer are as follows:
