The Service is operated by Certaze Technologies, a registered business in Kerala, India (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-KL-10-0095921) ("we", "us", "Certaze").

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and notify us at admin@certaze.in of any unauthorised access. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits may result in suspension.
New users receive a 7-day free trial from account creation. During the trial:
After the trial, AI-powered features require an active paid subscription. Your study data is retained regardless of subscription status.

A 5% discount applies on renewal. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; changes do not affect active subscriptions until renewal.
No auto-renewal. We send a reminder 3 days before expiry. Payments processed by Razorpay — by purchasing, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms.
All purchases are final. If you experience a verified technical issue preventing access, contact admin@certaze.in within 7 days of purchase with your order details. We review each request individually.
Nothing here limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).
You agree not to share credentials or license keys; use the Service to build competing AI products; scrape or extract content; bypass rate limits or paywalls; use bots or automated scripts; or upload harmful content. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.
All content, design, code, and AI-generated outputs are the property of Certaze Technologies or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal exam preparation only.

CFA belongs to CFA Institute. CISSP belongs to (ISC)². Certaze is not affiliated with or endorsed by these organisations.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, 100% accuracy of AI content, or that use of the Service guarantees passing any certification exam.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Certaze Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by third-party service outages (Firebase, Anthropic, Razorpay, Render, Vercel, Cloudflare), internet disruptions, natural disasters, pandemics, government action, or cyberattacks. Outages exceeding 72 continuous hours attributable to our systems may result in subscription extensions at our discretion.
You may close your account at any time by contacting admin@certaze.in. Paid fees are non-refundable on voluntary closure. We may suspend accounts for Terms violations without refund.
We may update these Terms at any time with 14 days' notice via your registered email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and IT (Amendment) Act, 2008. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India. Before litigation, please contact admin@certaze.in — we respond within 10 business days.
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021:
Complaints acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.
