The core Game is free. There is nothing to pay and nothing to refund for free play.

02Nature of a Pro Unlock

A Pro unlock is a digital good delivered instantly on successful payment. The price shown at checkout is final, in Indian Rupees, and is a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal.

03Refunds

Because access is digital and immediate, Pro purchases are generally non-refundable once unlocked. We will, however, review every request in good faith and may issue a full or partial refund in cases such as:

• Duplicate or accidental purchase — you were charged more than once, or bought by mistake.
• Payment succeeded but Pro did not unlock, and we are unable to resolve it for you.
• A genuine technical fault on our side that prevented access, where we could not provide a fix.

04App-Store Purchases

If you purchased through an app store, that store’s refund policy applies and should be used for those requests.

05How to Request

Email admin@certaze.in from your purchase email, with your payment/transaction reference and a short description. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve eligible requests within 5–7 business days.

06How Approved Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment processor. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to reflect after we initiate it.

07Business / Education Licences

Refund, term, and service terms for any business or education licence are governed by that separate licence agreement, not this policy.
